"Nice updates from start to finish"
I ordered from hsn.com the updates were better than I expected. I got emails when the order was confirmed, when it shipped, and when it was out for delivery, so I never had to wonder what was going on. The tracking link worked without any issues too. I always like seeing that other people had smooth deliveries before I order, so I figured I’d share mine as well. It’s a simple thing, but clear updates really do make the whole experience feel easier...

"I order from HSN.com every now…"
I order from HSN.com every now and then, and most of the time my stuff does show up fine. But I can’t say the delivery times ain’t frustrating sometimes. A few packages arrive right on schedule, then others just sit there with no updates for days, which gets annoying if it’s a gift or something I actually need soon. Customer service wasn’t bad when I reached out, but I do wish the tracking and shipping info was more dependable. It’s not terrible, just kind of average.

"Quick help through chat"
I had a small issue with my order, so I tried the chat on HSN. I figured I’d be sitting there waiting forever, but someone actually got back to me quickly. They looked into it, fixed the problem, and explained what was going on in a simple way, which I appreciated. It didn’t turn into some huge hassle or anything, so yeah... i’d order again.

"I really like that they show the items..."
I really like that they show the items live and actually talk through the sizing, any flaws, and what comes with it. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable ordering because I’m not left guessing. From what I’ve seen, they’re upfront on-air, which I appreciate. I’d definitely keep ordering from them again.

I use hsn autoship for a few things, and it’s been really easy so far. Since I can skip a shipment or change the date myself, I don’t have to call anyone or deal with a hassle. The reminders come early enough, so I know what’s coming and can adjust if I need to. No problems so far, and it just makes ordering easier for me.

I had a small issue pop up after a few months, so I reached out to HSN about the warranty repair. Overall, they handled it well and made the process easy to follow. It did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, and there was some waiting around, but they kept things simple and got it taken care of. Not perfect, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Good variety, but why is everything sold out??"
I actually enjoy browsing hsn because they have a nice mix of stuff, especially home, beauty, and kitchen items. I’ll usually find something a little different from what I see on other shopping sites, which is fun. But the stock situation can be frustrating?? A few times I found something I really wanted, and it was either sold out or only available in weird leftover colors. Overall, the selection is decent, I just wish they did a better job keeping popular items in stock.

I ordered a tv from hsn website with flexpay option with 4 monthly debits from my debit card, first payment was to be 99.00, i received a confirmation email approving my order and order number. then less than 1/2 hour later, i received email that my order was cancelled with no reason listed. i then checked my bank account and found they debited 101.01 from my account, now 3 days later it is still taken from my account even though they had cancelled my order right after receiving it. they still have my money which they should have never debited since they cancelled my order! i had emailed them that same day they took my money & demanded they refund my money, they never responded. now how do i get my money back which they wrongfully took?!!
